1. General provisions

HEWSTORE ("we", "us", "the Store") is an online store of digital goods: license keys and subscriptions to software. The website is available at hewstore.com.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website and do not place orders.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page; continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Products

All products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically — after payment you receive a key or access details on the order page and by e-mail.

Product descriptions, system requirements and statuses are provided for information. Before buying, make sure that the product is compatible with your system and suits your needs.

3. Orders and payment

• Prices are shown on the website and may change without prior notice. The price fixed at the moment of the order is final.
• Payment is made through third-party payment providers. Their fees, if any, are shown before payment.
• An order is considered paid once we receive confirmation from the payment provider.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, payment abuse or a violation of these Terms. In such a case the payment is refunded.

4. Delivery

Delivery is usually instant and automatic. In rare cases it may take longer; if you have not received your product, please contact support with your order number.

You are responsible for providing a valid e-mail address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.

5. Refunds

• Since digital goods are delivered instantly, a purchased key or subscription generally cannot be returned once it has been issued.
• A refund or replacement is possible if the product does not work through our fault and support could not resolve the issue.
• Refund requests are reviewed individually. To submit one, contact support and provide your order number and a description of the problem.
• Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in blocking of the account and keys.

6. Use of products

• Purchased keys are intended for personal use only. Reselling and transferring keys to third parties is prohibited unless explicitly allowed.
• You use the products at your own risk and are solely responsible for complying with the rules of third-party services and games.
• We are not responsible for any restrictions, suspensions or bans imposed by third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

The website and products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, profit or accounts arising from the use or inability to use the products.

In any case, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

8. Intellectual property

All materials on the website — texts, design, logos and images — belong to HEWSTORE or their respective owners. Copying them without permission is not allowed.

9. Partner program and promotions

Participation in the partner program, the use of coupons and promotions are subject to the rules published on the corresponding pages of the website.
